Return Policy

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the invoiced purchase date.
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, contain all original parts and accessories, and in the original packaging material in which you received it.
  • A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is needed when returning your product to Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  • To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at 844.829.2289.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Food and nutritional items
    • Bathroom safety equipment, i.e., toilet frames, shower chairs, transfer benches
    • Hygiene-related products, including but not limited to undergarments, stockings/hose, and hernia belts
    • Products that are not in resalable condition
    • Final sale or clearance items
  • If applicable and provided you have followed all return policy procedures, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of return shipment.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to standard return policy.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact at 844.829.2289. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
