I haven’t used this long enough for a full evaluation, but I can tell you yet another proprietary and cumbersome headgear attachment makes me think this was a poor choice.

This full face mask does not leave a mask mark nor burn my eyes when air leaks from the top sides it's very comfortable when I first saw it I knew it was for me I highly recommend it no other mask is required

The FitLife Full-face Mask has many performance characteristics in its favor. I have been using a BiPAP ASV for nearly 6 years. I have tried several different mask systems. I have a problem with leakage with my current mask. The silicone cushions start leaking after a few wearing. During my last visit, I was recording a 27% metric on the mask seal. Mask leakage interferes with my sleep as well as the ability of the machine to track the AHI performance metric. I was recommended the FitLife Full-face Mask to resolve the leakage issue.

I found the FitLife Full-face Mask provided an excellent seal very quickly. I far as I can determine it fit perfectly all the way around the face.

I had two issues that prevent the FitLife Full-face Mask from being the mask for me.
Number 1, I sleep most of the night on either my right side or my left side. FitLife Full-face Mask is not for side sleeper. I tried to modify my sleep position for the FitLife Full-face Mask trial, and it seems to work except for my number 2.

Number 2. This a mechanical engineering problem. there is mask spec called Dead Air Space. This states the volume of space inside the mask cushion that is within the sealed area. FitLife Full-face Mask is 3x the Dead Space Volume of my current triangular shaped cushion. My current cushion maintain a specific pressure within the limited Dead Air space the the inflation of the mask cushion. FitLife Full-face Mask very large Dead Air Space is too large for my machine to maintain the pressure to keep the cushion inflated. As a result, the cushion is repeated ly, 14 x per minute, inflating and deflating as I inhale and exhale. This action prevented me from falling asleep. I abandoned the trial of the FitLife Full-face Mask after 2 nights.
