Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange a product, here at, we are more than willing to help you out! 

Your return shipment will be processed provided that it complies with the following guidelines:

  • Its purchase was processed within the past 30 days as indicated by its invoice date.
  • The product is unused.
  • The product is still in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Its purchase was processed beyond the past 30 days as indicated by its invoice date.
  • Food and nutritional items
  • Bathroom safety equipment (i.e. toilet frames, shower chairs, transfer benches, etc.)
  • Hygiene-related products (i.e. undergarments, stockings, pantyhose, and hernia belts)
  • Products that cannot be resold
  • Items included in a final sale or clearance items

A refund will be issued within 30 days after we receive your return shipment. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be entirely at your expense. Orders canceled after the item has been shipped are subject to standard return policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 844-829-2289 or email us at Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Email or call 844-829-2289 and request for a return authorization number. Coordinate with our customer support agent and accomplish a return authentication form. Make sure to include either the form or your return authorization number with the product you are returning.

Shipping Restrictions

  • All orders require a shipping address.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
  • Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Orders that exceed $50 qualify for free shipping.

Oversized Items

Unfortunately, our fast shipping services do not apply to the oversized items in our store. During the shopping process, customers will be notified if their purchases are classified as oversized. For more information, you may contact our customer support team at

Backorders does not usually take back orders or process reshipments. However, certain products in which a backorder or pre-order is available will be identified as such.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives and it has been visibly damaged in transit, please contact the customer support team immediately. Claims are handled by the shipping company, but will offer assistance to customers to the best of its ability.
