Don’t worry, here at BuyMedical.com we have a convenient Return Policy set in place for instances wherein you don’t feel like you got your money’s worth. This hurts us as much as it hurts you, so we’ve designed this process to be as seamless as possible.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of the invoiced purchased date.
- To be eligible for return, you item must be unused, contain all original accessories, and in the original packaging in which you received it.
- A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is needed when returning a product to us. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
- To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at 844-829-2289.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Food and nutritional items
- Bathroom safety equipment, i.e., toilet frames, shower chairs, transfer benches
- Hygiene-related products, including but not limited to undergarments, stockings/hose and hernia belts
- Products that are not in resalable condition
- Final sale or clearance items
- If applicable and provided you have followed all return policy procedures, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of return shipment.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to standard return policy.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 844-829-2289. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- Coordinate with our customer support agent and accomplish a return authentication form. Make sure to include either the form or your return authorization number with the product you are returning.
