The product is very good only thing my husband will drink! However, your company does not provider good customers service. You had this item miss mark and I ordered 22 boxes of 10 which slow 10 in a box x 5 boxes= 22 individual packet. The company called me said there was a shortage of the product and that they will send 2 more packets if I was willing to wait. Most companies will honor the mistake and send me 22 boxes not this company they took my money told me to wait for the arrival of the error or mistake advertisement They sent text with a number that I was to write on the box and put it outside of my door and FedX would pick it up, which I did...bottom line I feel it is their mistake and shoul have gave me the product at the price as advertised! I am a caregiver and we are going everyday for radiation, chemo or IV for hydration!
