MCT Oil Medium Chain Triglycerides Unflavored 1 qt Glass Bottle

I bought a bottle of the MCT OIL to try it. I’ve been using a product that is powder form but the oil was more pure and provided more calories which sounded good. Unfortunately the side effects outweigh any benefits unless you’re looking for something that will act as a laxative. Even at low doses, it isn’t worth the effect you get. So I don’t waste it I put some in a drop bottle so I can use about 10 - 20 drops. I will compare the effect I get with the effect from stool softener and decide if it is worth the hassle and mess it makes when it is poured. I wanted to like this product despite its high cost but there are things that Nestle needs to change. The bottle is too big to be handled with one hand unless you have huge hands, which makes pouring almost impossible, even if it did not run down the side of the bottle instead of pouring. A large dropper, or a pump like you can get for flavors would help. I know I will use a funnel the next time I put some in the drop bottle. I hope all this helps somebody.
