Abbott Nutrition’s PediaSure 1.5 Cal with Fiber is a calorically dense formula that is specially designed for pediatric patients who are at risk of malnutrition, require a higher caloric density or have a fluid restrictions. It helps meet the higher energy requirements of children ages 1 through 13 and is also great to use as the sole source of nutrition or as a supplement to fill nutritional gaps. PediaSure 1.5 Cal with Fiber provides 100% or more of the Dietary Reference Intake (DRIs) for protein and 25 essential vitamins and minerals as well as meets 100% of the 2011 updated DRI values for calcium and vitamin D for children - In 1000 ml for children ages 1 to 8, and in 1500 ml for children ages 9 to 13. Additionally, this product is packed with 32 mg DHA per 8 fl oz serving which is for brain and eye health; prebiotics designed to support digestive track health and has a good source of antioxidants (Vitamins C & E and Selenium) to help maintain a healthy immune system.
