Great customer service. It was delivered within 24 hours. I started my catheterization ( 3-4 times a day) with 14 Fr. Using12 Fr was an improvement. I also ordered 10 Fr. It worked well. I will switch to 10 Fr when I used up the 12 Fr. I don’t understand why health providers started patients with 14 Fr when smaller size is more confortable and less irritant.
