I had to modify or customize the seat to lower the side handle supports. Quality is better than any other similar product we have tried.

Unfortunately this product has two issues. First the legs are not stout enough to safely accommodate an average adult. They are wobbly even with no weight. Secondly, the height of the seat on a standard height toilet bowl would be too high for a petite person 5'2 or shorter and on the new higher "comfort" height toilets it would be unreachable for a shorter person.
