Nebulizer Kit, Reusable

Sent incorrect product and then attempted to tell me it was just a “color change” update made by the manufacturer. Original product I ordered is a 3 piece nebulizer cup (interior can be removed for ease of cleaning) what I received was a completely different product (two piece where the interior portion is connected to the cover and not as easily cleaned) There was no effort to figure anything out and they were content to pass the blame on. Now I have to wait for this return to go through before I am refunded which delays me being able to purchase the correct nebulizer cups elsewhere. And to think I originally chose to order from this company because I would supposedly get my order faster.
